Our Mission

What makes Specialty so special?

Our goal is to fulfill our customer’s exact needs in a cost-effective, timely manner while protecting our workers, the public, and the environment.

Staying safe is our culture.

Safety is a constant guide for how we make decisions and plan our projects.

SGI has a zero tolerance DOT approved Drug and Alcohol policy for employees reporting to work under the influence of Drugs and or Alcohol.  A positive test is grounds for immediate dismissal. Every employee is given a pre-employment D&A test and is subject to random, probable cause and suspicion testing.

We hold the safety of our team and customers as a top priority.

Quality Assurance

Quality is the standard at our company. That's what makes Specialty so special.

You can count on getting the best work because of expert planning. We can do it and do it right, no matter what lifespan you want your project to have. If you’re not sure, don’t worry. We’ll be happy to help determine what you need and present you with cost-effective options. All you have to do is choose what’s best for you.

We will design a special quality control plan for your project with hold points at each of the critical points where our work will be inspected before going to the next step. You will receive full documentation on a daily quality control report with ambient conditions, surface preparation conditions, batch numbers, and more. Our industry-standard warranty will apply to your work unless exceptions are made in your quote letter. Extended warranties are available.
